I agree it is definitely worth the money, I have done well over 2 months of researching companies and Millis is a great company. I am ineligible for unemployment and have been unemployed for the past 2 months. Been struggling to keep my head above water but I guess waiting till school is over for a paycheck won't kill me.

I'm not sure if you get a pay raise at the 6 month mark but I know you get one just about every year. The pay scale is on the website and there are four different combinations for pay so it can get confusing.

Shaw is a huge flooring manufacturer. They have plants all over the southeast mostly concentrated in north GA.

I couldn't remember the cost. Someone else said $600 so I went with that.

Which one did you pick up at? I am doing the TN run. It seems to be my normal Monday -Tuesday run for the last three weeks. If you've never done it, it's SC (either Central or Columbia) to TN, swap trailers and deliver in Dalton, GA all under the same load number.

Sounds like I'm doing what you did Aj....I've spent a couple of months now reading about all of these diff. Companies. The job I have now pays me $47,000 a yr. But it's going down hill and I need a back up plan before I'm stuck trying to get a job. I'm 48 yrs old and not much else out there. I've never seen a mountain...never seen an ocean. Love to drive but never drivin a big boy (sounded weird) I would love to try this if ICAN pay child support and make a small living, I'll be good. I hope Millis will take me.
