    i had a neighbor arrested for drunkin lawn mowing at 10 pm after he woke up my 5 year old
    of course that was 20 years ago. He is lucky i just didn't confront him
    that was always my style until i got old

    All truck stops should have special sections for reefer's, and another for trucks that intend to idle, and yet another for trucks that are neither.
    The last section/group should have a no parking buffer zone of not less than 100 feet in all directions, preferably enclosed with sound absorbing walls.

    I surely can't be the only one here who just shut down the reefer in the OP can I?

    Also 50 gallons of fuel just sitting there for the enterprising ones!
