1. Attention employers: We now require a valid DOT# for anyone wishing to post a driving position. If your job offer doesn't contain a DOT number, it will not get past moderation and will not appear in the forum. The other requirements in the sticky at the top of this section are still required as well. Thank you for understanding.

    Wow!

This is just awesome! Shows what treating drivers well will get ya! I have a feeling that even WITHOUT TTR, your company would grow from just word of mouth, Bill. Gonna be some growing pains, I'm sure you are aware of that. Interested to see how you handle the growth. Don't need to give away the farm to load and manage several good drivers, this is living proof. Just goes to show ya, reputation is EVERYTHING in attracting drivers.

Told today that if I profit from drivers I am un-ethical. Just can't see putting in 70+ hrs a week for a non-profit.

I see it as your providing a service, a great one at that. I believe you deserve to make money off of it if your putting in time to help drivers

No one works for free! As long as your drivers are happy and they are making money there should not be any issues. Good luck and keep hitting it!
