You forgot Andrus...Trust me if they where as large as your top three they would rank #1..
Lets say u want pre pass in your andrus truck..You pay for it, If you want GPS on there qualcom.....You pay for it, Oh yeah need load locks? You pay for them as well.. Not to mention if you have over five years OTR you might make 32 cpm.. They will sell you a tire pressure gauge, A air hose at there orientation ...Also they have whats called a driver account in which the driver has to pay $400.00 into just in case you quit and owe them money..In most cases you will.... i HAVE WORKED FOR SOME F....ED UP PLACES BUT NONE WHERE AS BAD AS ANDRUS....

This may have already been answered for you, but Schneider DOES offer CDL training reimbursement. They won't pay it up front, but if you go to them right out of school, they'll reimburse you over your first 12 months driving for them.

I agree a good attitude goes along way and you aren't going to get something for nothing you have to work. But till you have expirence with more than one company how can you give an objective point of view on the one company you've worked for. In other words what do you have to judge it by. Training companies take inexpirenced persons train them the way they want and tell them their way is how it is and the trainee has know idea of anything different. I've un brainwashed a lot of drivers who came from those training companies and retrained to reality. My point is you have to have more than one view to make an honest judgement.

I realize this and you make a good point. All I'm trying to say is that (though this is my first company) I've been treated fairly and that respect given, begets respect, in contrast to alot of what you read on here about Swift.

Now the part about being brainwashed... I also realize when I'm being used despite my own risk / benefit / etc and that doesn't really happen either. Small things maybe, such as going a handfull of miles that won't be paid or the like is acceptable to me, but not much more.

That looks like my truck. I admit I have trouble finding the radio with all of the money flying around but I deal with it.
