1995 Freightliner FLB single axle, 14 liter 3406 Cat, gear ratio unknown, Eaton Fuller synchronized seven speed tranny, and an air start system. I believe this one started life as a Consolidated Freightways truck before being purchased by Geocycle. Although the livery was never removed, it's no longer in the service of Geocycle, and is now at Pikes Peak Community College, where it will be butchered, disassembled, reassembled, and whatever else by students in the Diesel Power Mechanics program until it's finally sold for scrap. Kind of a shame, really. It would probably make a pretty good horse trailer/RV/gooseneck hauler.

Crazy Nordic men lol ! I did some driving in Norway and Sweden , my first couple of trips I was driving like any other European in snow, 60kph and everything drove past like I was stopped, I soon learned! haha. People here would have a heartattack to see that speed on ice. I've been driving long wheelbase 6x4's now for quite a while and they are more tail-happy in slippery or wet conditions when empty although far more stable in normal conditions

 

Came down from Tromsö yesterday going through Björnfjellet (something about customs crap so couldn't use Klipisjärvi) Snowed a lot, 28t load so I had the tag wheels in the air a lot over Gratangmountain. Anyway traffic still went on between 80 and 90km/h only thing is they know to keep the safety distance.
Troms region was btw the only place in Norway last year with ZERO deaths in traffic last year and they probably have one of the harshest conditions to drive in on earth
