I have to disagree on the ''grown ups''..Landstar is treating BCO's like company drivers more and more these days.Sorry i call it the way i see it..I just wonder if Landstar wants us to put our trucker diapers on while they give us one hour to go to Wal Mart and then back to our parking spot in the smelly TA TO GAURD THERE LOADS FOR FREE...Yep thats grown up and treating us like ''professionals''...

If LS is not the best, in your opinion, why don't you go to the best, instead of staying here?

I allready told you...FREEDOM to work 6-7 months a year...Once they take that L/S will be just like any other company. There ''freedom'' is still the best until they mandate E-LOGS.And i allready told them BYE BYE.Not in my truck.I would sell and work union local home everyday...

I am only here for the ''freedom''..If i wanted to make the big bucks, great benifits, union scale, holiday pay, uniforms, pension and home everyday i would sell out and go work Local Union Day Cab..My cousin makes 90,000-100,000 grand home every night..He has a great life with that outfit.

Kinda sounds like the same old speaking out of both sides of one's mouth. Cry and moan about diapers, then turn around and talk about freedom.

You should go there, since it is so much better and you would be happier.

FREEDOM ISNT FEEE! You have to give something up to earn it! You have to work for it to keep it!
