"Another truck?"
How many does this make?
If police weren't involved, no accident occurred, so there shouldn't be any damage to your driving career. Just a guesstimate.... I am certainly not a lawyer, or a company representative by any means.
Quit scratching trucks!!mje Thanks this. -
Depends on your company some will list as an Accident some will list as Misc. It prob wont go any further then your company your with. It will just show with that company you hit another truck. Next time get out and look so you don't hit no one. There is nothing wrong with getting out 25times if you have to get out that many to get in a hole. I don't know how many drivers i see hitting others at truck stops because they don't wanna get out of there truck and make sure they are not gonna hit.
Also who do you work for and your truck number cuz i don't wanna be near yadesertballs, TRKRSHONEY, CondoCruiser and 7 others Thank this. -
"Also who do you work for and your truck number cuz i don't wanna be near ya
"
That's funny!! I got a good laugh on that one! -
Glad you guys find somebody else's misfortune humorous. Maybe you turkeys should give us your companies name and truck number, so when karma comes back to bite you, were no where near your trucks.becky4201, mje, Arizona..Fats and 2 others Thank this. -
mje Thanks this.

No it won't hurt you. Most companies allow 3 accidents in 3 years in their hiring requirements. If you show a history of what you call misfortunes then yes they will can you. Could it be prevented? Yes!
You manned up which is good. It's them weasels that run that get immediate termination.
Anything on private property is kept with the company and they might put it on your DAC. As far as DMV or DOT, no.
Tell the other guy to wash his truck. Then it won't get the itchy's where you have to scratch it for him!
mje and TRKRSHONEY Thank this. -
And of course it is all according to whether he turns in a claim for damages against you caused to his truck, then it will be a preventable that would show up on your dac. Hope he doesn't. Husband had a Knight truck back into his mirror one time at a T/S, the guy didn't get out to look where he was going, I think this is the least done action: GOAL.
mje Thanks this. -

To those with the GOAL comments .. Where did he say he was backing up ?
Hitman, 900,000-tons-of-steel, mje and 1 other person Thank this.
