    NO, Barrett was the leader of the NDP. First winter he was in power there was only 1 rig drilling in BC.

    No offence at all. Bennett is the guy that had Flyin' Phil Galardi as Minister of Transport. He got stopped doing over a 100 and told the cop that it was his job to check the highways and he was in a hurray.
