Quick question... what's the better route??

Headed to Idaho Falls from 80 in WY.

    Better to run US191 to US26 or take US30 to I-25 ????

I know the 191 route is about 25 miles shorter

191 is a beautiful drive this time of year but is chock full of tourists. It's the way I run when I go north out of home and it's usually almost an hour quicker than dealing with 30 and that dick in Mccammon at the scale. You do have to stop at the scale at alpine if you go up 191 and 26 but the fat girl in there is usually pretty easy to get along with.

LMAO.... I think I will go with 191 to 26 then. And I'll grab some extra candy bars incase she is feeling a little grumpy.

Being a Sunday, hopefully everyone is headed back towards Salt Lake instead of into Idaho..

Don't forget about the people from Idaho that went to Salt Lake to get away from the invaders from Salt Lake that came to Idaho.

Stopped at the TA last night in Nashville downtown they had some CMA going on and woke me up at midnight with one of the biggest firework shows I've ever seen. Now I'm northbound on 65 headed towards Louisville 600 mile day.....

I'm at the house (rural route 7, almost heaven, Eureka, IL). I should probably get moving soon deliver by Omaha in the a.m. I bought another truck yesterday, I must be a glutton for punishment. But I have the opportunity to hire a driver who is capable of running it himself with little support from me, seemed like a good opportunity.

Was going to start stripping the truck to get the stuff on the new one, but if I do I wont buy it. If I dont touch this truck, I will buy it.....Catch 22 I guess
Will take them a while to move the fuel tanks on the Star I guess, so it will be Ok, kinda....
