my bionic was the biggest POS i ever had the pleasure of owning. how anyone can like that phone is beyond me. needless to say. i had a party when i finally got rid of that junk. will never own a motorola product again. there's a reason they are ranked LAST in sales.

I called Verizon to cancel our MiFi yesterday and I got great advice. Find an old phone and change the MiFi plan to a basic $9.95 plan. I can then use that line to get a new phone since it already qualifies for an upgrade. We downloaded an App that turns my phone into a hotspot. We both still have unlimited data so as long as Verizon does not screw us on that we are staying. LOVE the coverage.

I didn't have that problem, but I did have a problem with Motorola. I got a Droid Razr M. I liked size, capabilities, and price. A couple months later I went camping, never dropped the phone or anything crazy, but there "magically" appeared two cracks, top and bottom. Of course Motorola said I dropped it and I was out of luck. Luckily I had another upgrade on another line, and went back to Samsung, this time with a Galaxy S3. So far I love it. I also bought a great ins policy through Best Buy so I can run it over with a Freightliner and get a new one no deductable and no hassle.

Make sure to run over it with the screen facing up.

Thunder bolt fell out of my wife's pocket screen down in on asphalt lot. She ran it over with 5 tires fully loaded. Demolished the screen and the battery cover wouldn't stay on. I dropped mine once and left the facility, luckily nobody ran it over.
