What happens for drivers who reside in Colorado or Washington - where cannabis was recently legalized? Also, legalized and med card states aren't the same - to get a medical card, a licensed physician needs to deem weed medically beneficial as a treatment option for your current medical condition - not that it matters, med cards are a sham and it should be legalized all around...
Unfortunately it really doesn't matter what individual states do. Pot is still illegal on a federal level. Federal law trumps state law. If the Feds wanted to they could go into the states that legalized marijuana and make busts.

The Recruiter will answer questions pertaining to Urine, Hair and or Blood testing for U!! But I would not ask such a question in the fashion that I was a previous user! Yea I stop 4 my 10hr and the trk stop I stopped at had waffle house in front 2 just get out my trk for dinner I are there BUT! There was a liquor store across street from waffle house I saw a steady stream of people walking across street to liquor store I new each person that walked to that store was a trk driver like u I think its pityfull that a driver can't go without drinking 4 a short time and we got it hard now bcaz of bad apples they give the people on capital hill reasons to mess with us bcaz they be the 1 that run ova people caz they didn't get enough sleep caz they were up drinking
