Your not going to ever do better then you are right now with that attitude. Do you have no ambition to grow your business and make more money? "YOU'LL NEVER UNDERSTAND" I have taken accounting classes, I think I could understand your numbers. ( and thats not to say im better then anyone, but its to say i have enough experience to understand the financials of a trucker)That being said, Unless I saw it on paper I can't understand how not caring about MPG makes any sense with it being the biggest cost for an O/o. The only reason you might not care is if your haul big oversized stuff (That i admittedly know little about) and your profit is so big that fuel is not a concern. But not knowing what industry you in i don't think that's the case. Even if that were the case, saving fuel always helps you bottom line no mater how much money you make.
You can't argue with old drivers. It's a losing battle. Very rarely do they ever change their view in anything because "they've already done it all and know what works." I just throw the facts out there and if they like it great if not ok. I don't care if you do better running your truck or not. As long as one of your duals don't blow out and cause you to swerve and kill me or my family I'm ok with you running whatever you want to run. Super or dual or recaps or new it don't bother me. Just trying to enlighten others as to the other stuff out on the market. Keep it shiny side up.
