I do.it works quite well.it even easier to clean up since I started covering the grill in aluminum foil.spray some pam on the foil after u put it on the grill, spray the top cover with pam and put on top of your food close lid.and when done, throw away the foil away.very little to clean on grill.i think I got that idea off of this thread.

Good idea I'll have to remember that. I use aluminumnum pie pans in my electric skillet for messier foods like canned Ravilois

We had one of the smaller sized ones due to the wattage, about the size of 3 large hamburgers. I used it all the time for a whole bunch of stuff, including toasting bread.

Husband used screws on the front to level it up and a piece of wood so it wouldn't drain everything downhill. I could cook fresh vegetables or frozen this way and it wouldn't dry them out as much and was less messy.

Would heat the precooked bacon in it and cook eggs to make egg sandwiches out, wraps, you name it. During the summer was great because you could use fresh fruit cooked with meat to make a wrap.

I used it on top of the coleman cooler. It does get real hot though so be careful.

Clean up was a pain sometimes, esp if you were cooking things together like I did and they cooked too much or whatever.

A small electric skillet would be as useful, even though the top doesn't get hot like the foreman.

And keep a spray can of Pam handy. And papertowels help with clean up.

I am seriously considering trying out the NuWave induction cooktop 2 in the truck. Anyone else tried it?

I've seen one on TV only, but it does look interesting to use. I just don't know about the wattage it uses, if you would have problems with it or not.

Max draw is 1300 watts, should be able to handle it with a 2500 watt inverter.

Hey don't knock it. Sushi is really good hot. As for the unwavering unit. It looks bigger on TV than it really is and the reviews are mixed. I think it's great concept but in reality may not hold up all that well.
I'm thinking about a convection/ microwave combo for cooking. The less cleanup the better.
