If they're anything like other companies, they pay so much at the beginning and the rest once you completed a full yr with them.

Maybe after owning his own company in the construction industry, after serving in the military, after seeing his kid move away to college and after doing all the proving he's gonna do.....he might do whatever the hell he wants to do for his own reasons and not be even remotely concerned about who thinks what about what he does .....especially those that have less time in the industry than he does.......just sayin.. The old saying "Believe none of what you hear and question most of what you see......"

Actually.....in my few years in this industry I have driven flatbeds, drops, split axles, reefers, dry vans, some heavy haul when I was lucky enough to get a load thrown to me by my boss where i could actually learn some good info, hauled cranes, plants, fruits, and out on the left coast there are plenty of "One run then we argue about miles and money" type companies owned by lets say less than honorable kinda people. Im tired of dealing with those kinds and Western Express snapped me up when i called to inquire about possible employment. So I'll check it out and see what happens. After all the ##### I have been thru and seen the last three years it cant be much worse. Best wishes to you all and thanx for the responses......Krooozerrr.

This is a question that your recruiter should be able to answer for you quickly (if you cant get them on the phone, email them)
