TransAm Trucking, Inc. - Olathe, Ks.?

He got a two stopper load of 40,000 pounds of beef to East Point, GA 6:30 Saturday morning and Hendersonville, NC 6:15 Sunday morning. He left Olathe at 6:30 pm today. All's well that ends well.

We are getting a thunder storm in NC tonight and more are predicted for tomorrow. Hope all's well with everyone. Take care and be safe.

 

If your going that way, make sure you check you maps. There's a lot shorter route than going all the way to I 35!!!!

 

My buddy and I made it to Cheyenne. My pillows were swapped for an empty and my truck is in the shop. Turns out we were lucky my buddy made it. His tractor protection valve is bad and on the verge of catastrophic failure! Waiting on a swap for him. I should be out of here tomorrow, he will be here til Saturday morning at least. The last two weeks has been fun though!

 

Talk about being in Hades! In some ways, this place was easier than last time, in others..... it sucked. Oh well, just another day in our biz, eh.

I live in the Pinehurst area and we have been getting thunder storms every night for about a half hour. It is playing havoc on these US Opens here.

About 2 more weeks then I will be back on the road. Can't wait to be done with this remodel, I was in much better shape 10 years ago

 

Am afraid this is going to turn into one of "those" days. Another truck has backed in next to me, and is being unloaded, while I wait. I hate last Frieda.

 

Here's a left field question for you long term TA drivers and associates, there was a guy on you tube named Vince who did a series of 18 or so videos about his experiences on the road. I guessed he was with Trans Am, black KW, auto, reefer. He did a really good job with the vids and I'm wondering if anyone knows him.

Well today I get to drive the Capital Beltway. Yea! NOT! Going from Richmond to northern PA today.

 

Going to see about the express lanes on the beltway. Didnt say no trucks and they use EZ pass.
