I'd call some recruiters and see what they have to say. Tell them the accidents were minor and describe them. They will tell you if they can hire you or not. Asking here is nothing more than asking for a bunch of random opinions...

    Riz70 Thanks this.

Guys I have friend just who just started trucking with a trainer and scraped the side of steps on his tractor while backing up. His trainer was not watching him cause he went to take a pass behind the trailer. Who fought is that.

It is the person who is driving fault. What did he hit to scratch the steps. And it is according to the company as to how they judge it. Is this company drivers or a lease operator. The person might pay the deductible for the claim if it needs repairs and it not be counted against him.

A small cemented wall where the you step up on the truck. It's not bad his trainer said he can fix it and not to worry. He ask should he worry about it. He didn't tear nothing off

Goto http://www.hireright.com/ and request a free copy of your DAC report. If the company is giving out any false info on you, It's time to call a lawyer....

Agree completely with meltom, The biggest thing to remember is to have all your ducks in a row. Be honest & up front about the accident, No excuses- excuses are for the guys who couldn't get it done correctly. And most importantly let them know that you have learned your lesson. If they are messing with your DAC there are ways to have it changed. "Black-Balling" someone is very illegal & many lawsuits are won when it happens. Meanwhile look for a spotting job somewhere while you investigate.
