Are we a bad trucking company?

Can somebody post the safety score,I can't find it.

Ops probably hiding something.Getting paid every other week is bad enough and don't know how drivers do it.I turned down 2 driving jpbs because of the pay and getting paid every 2 weeks.This is probably similar to someone buying an apartment you give them deposit and if its clean when u move out you get your deposit back.Op probably withholds money as security incase a driver trashes his trk.But I would say hes going to find a reason to keep that 2 weeks checks if a driver does quit.

 

LOL, 15 trucks and 150+ inspections. Where do I sign up?

 

it take two week to check the logs that the driver turn in... every era cost the driver $100.00

For 15 trucks that is a way high number. They probably haven't been around all that long. That is the culture of Chicagoland.

 

Never knew people were so against the two week pay...I get paid on the 8th and 25th of the month...that escrow thing is a little wacky though.
