Was talking to my nephew today and he said he had the same problem

 

How did he overcome it?

 

He got a letter from the school stating he was a full time student and the dates and used teachers as refrences with there contact info

 

Understands working for cash,,,while drawing unemployment,,not so much.

 

So you admitted to a federal crime of fraud collecting unemployment while working, on a public site i do not think you learned much in college. This site and other about trucking is monitored by the feds. Prison is tough but your work history will be in tact while there. You cheated everyone who pays into the unemployed taxes

 

Where did I say this? Without knowing specific dates, timeline or sequence of events, you don't know a thing.

Don't tarnish my good name with accusations. Only fools make assumptions; please, don't be a fool.

 

I talked to the construction site and the charities I provided free labor for; they said they'll vouch for my work ethic and value to their organizations.
