I'm an o/o looking for a good reliable hardworking driver to run team with me. I drive a car hauler. I'm leased to Pasha distribution services. 2yrs OTR min. No car hauling expedience needed, always preferred by not necessary if you're willing to learn. Pay depends on experience starting at 26% for those who just want to drive. I'm out Pennsylvania, I can't make a guarantee on what you could make a week, it varies from week to week and this is my first time attempting to take on a Co driver so it's a learning experience for me as well

So you are looking for a co driver. And will be paying him/her 26% of the gross? Is this a 1099 job, or 1040? Where do you run most of the time? What kind of outfit are you running? 10/11 car Cottrell, Delavan, or Boydson? I may be interested, I haven't drove in a very long time (16 Years), but hauled cars for 10 years. I'm looking to get myself into a position where I can lease on somewhere in a year or less. You won't have to train me, I drove all over for FleetCar my last 2 1/2 year hauling cars. I have a current CDL, Medical Card, And TWIC.

1099, I run mostly east coast to mid west, (Chicago, St loius, Atlanta, Nashville, etc). Mostly manheim out and new cars back, I run a 10 car setup, Cottrell trailer with a carterbilt headrack, you give me 3 to 6 months and I'm sure we can find a truck for you, guys always come and go but this is your foot in the door with us, I been with Pasha going on 3 yrs, I'm happy and they haven't given me a reason to want to quit, call me 570-560-9083 and we can discuss pay, I have a better option for those with experience

Nothing wrong with 1099 if you know how to manage you're money.

Does the truck gross at least $10,000 per week?
