Joey the company is great no matter where your at ppl just go to where they can just to get in and go to where and u can be happy no matter where you decide to live. Take for instance in Apple we avg 1800 miles a week because of traffic lots of stores etc. On the flip side we get regional pay for about 80% of our stores in so cal.. They just plain treat us good!

Thanks newbie, I'm excited buddy about it but trying to stay reserved I gotta keep my head in the game with my present employer here in case Something goes south with Wal-Mart. I've read stories that leave me being careful with my emotions but so far everything for me is optimistic!

Check it out Joey I have a wife and 3 kids at home and making near 6 digits a year mon- fri driving fuel. I was scheptical at first. Some guys in my hire group even stayed on with there former companies on LOA or used vacation time and they all stayed with the private fleet. We are all very happy after 2 years of employment.

I'm rite there too newbie, delivering fuel the pay etc but I wanna do this, and thanks to people like Matt who started this, guys like you and everyone who's posted here regarding their experience at Wal-Mart this is an open book. The majority points to exactly what you're referring to,a great place to work. I'm not asking anyone any negative questions I'm only thinking positive. Waiting is the worse though for sure lol.

I agree with them getting the 5% but all drivers should be paid the 5% if they pull a load out of there

the 5% issue is problematic when they are pulling out of other DCs too...Grabber will give you the rundown, but rest assured, you could be from NC up to Marcy on periodically, but will be mostly East PA, NJ, MD DE
