during snow season I think shippers ought to load no more then 42000, they know snow and ice builds up and adds weight.. while I'm thinking of it I recently caught a bad shoe on the landing gear of a trailer.I took it off and slipped it in cubby whole for repair later. had I not noticed it it could have fallen off while in motion landing who knows where. how the previous driver missed it is beyond me.

I would assume he did see it and was too lazy to get it fixed, bet I would be correct more often than you.
While you guys were worrying about a solution Swift rolled its truck on its side and poof! Problem solved, all the snow is on the ground.
