The big mines treat everyone like idiots. Just because 1 or 2 guys injured themselves because they were careless, everyone had to go and buy ratchets. They actually ran out of ratchets in one of the mining states.

Halliburton. If they see one a your truck they are not supposed to load you.

I'm with the hub oil crowd. Comes in a handy bottle that makes applying easy last as long or longer as anything else I've tried.

It's just like anything else in this business. Be aware of how and how badly something can hurt you and pay attention. I let a snap binder hit me once and that was enough for me.

Nice well I guess we won't be loading for them. I have 10 snaps and 4 ratchets.

Some of the oil rig companies would not ld. you if you had snap binders.
Nomac and Chesapeake when I used to haul their stuff had it right on our ld. info papers

    Ozdriver and Chewy352 Thank this.

    I
I'm in Oz mate. Not just different coast, but different country. We're more like Canada as far as rules and regulations go. I wonder if snaps are banned on the big Canadian mine sites.
