Hey I'm currently OTR, have a little over of 1 year of experience looking at getting into local fuel hauling, how is hauling fuel and could a new hire get a day shift job. And do most gas haulers check your credit. My credit is not the best due to my student loans from college would that keep me from getting a job?

Nights, weekends and holidays is the norm for a new hire.....

You might get lucky , but I wouldn't count on it.

Both of those are good, nothing on neither one. Just seen a few threads were they discussed credit checks. I just have student loans from college that hit my credit and brought my score down a lot

At my terminal you would get a day shift position pretty easy cause most of us night guys wouldn't dare switch to days. Too much of a pay cut.

I don't know why bad credit would make a difference.Think what they look at is your mvr mostly.

Is the process of loading and unloading hard to learn, and are the dangers of hauling gas worth the money. What could I expect $$$ wise. Srry for lot of questions
