that is very good advise ,tell your wife to think act and be all about what she wants out of the school, the trainers are excellent at what they do ,and the classroom is the first part to pay attention .most important is the work out on the pad

I used to see that guy all the time at the San Bernardino CDL testing facility. A class 7 tractor hooked to a gooseneck trailer. Had a sign "Class A in 1 day" on the trailer. Think he charged $300.

If you go to the website. The company primarily rents their trucks to people who need to take a test only... so I'm assuming that whomever is renting would have to have some hours and a permit...
I agree with taking the safe road...

I went to a Sage School in Fort Pierce, FL and if they too are not in bed with Werner then every trainer there is in total awe of Werner ... Except none of them ever seemed to actually "work" for Werner... LOL

Must have changed recently... I took a 160 hour class just last year. But things do change.

Check into local Community Colleges or State Colleges... Several run their own schools.

Unfortunately, unless you are planning on going the O/O route, you might end up with a CDL-A but no paperwork for completing a training course at a school. Many require the training certificate... Might be federal requirement or insurance issue.
