I don't consider 2:30 "Rush Hour", that is what peaked my interest.

It took an hour to get clear of the "zone". Was I pushing it to attempt to enter at 2:30 pm?

When does the curfew begin? If it was at 3pm I wouldn't have done it.

Pittsburg is 4 p.m. If he entered at 2:30 and it took an hour to get through then he was out at 3:30 Sometimes pushing a curfew pays off and others it bites you in the butt. Depends on the time of year also. Oversize hauling is different in July than it is in January.

I've been bit many times in Seattle. Luckily never got in trouble for it.

Seattle has it's own special brand of crazy. I think the highway engineers got a few decades head start on the legalized pot referendum. Have they finished the tunnel to replace the viaduct yet?
