I just replaced my second one this year on my W900L. I'll see how long this one lasts. Like TruckerPete1990 says, if it continues, I'll replace the biscuits.

Take it apart and see if you can figure out what happened. Only four bolts hold it together and a snap ring on the bottom.

Appears to be new. I don't see anything saying it's a reman. The first time I replaced it I got one through TruckPro and it didn't have a name on it and wasn't blue. It lasted around a month.
This last Bendix lasted 5 months or so.

If it leaks again, disconnect the lines to the chambers. If the air is coming form one of the lines, that's your bad chamber. When the seal blows between the service and emergency sides of a chamber, emergency air blows through to the service line and out the exhaust port of the service relay. If that's the case, it will only leak with the spring brakes released.

If it's less then a year old, it should be covered under Manufacturer's Warranty.

Return it to the place you bought it from.

I forgot to mention the valve leaks whether the air is applied to or released from the brakes. After putting the new valve on yesterday all is well at the moment.
