Here's the neck. I didn't take any pictures of it finished up. The trailers in final assembly right now though. i'll upload some pics of it all lit together. The pete is the one we did the ramps for. we also did the toolbox.
Beautiful work!!!!!! You must do a lot of crawling around on the floor to hit all the angles and corners. Not to pry, but being in Ca., is your shop required to use water based stuff? Please keep posting pics, again nice, nice work.
Ricardo209 Thanks for the thread. Your pictures and tidbits of info have made the thread very interesting!
Thank you. Yes lots of crawling around also climbing lol. No we're not required to use water based stuff. I'm back and I have more pics though. Havent really done anything that interesting lately. Will be doing more stripes in the upcoming weeks though.
Great thread, nice work Ricardo. That reminds me, I have to get my dropdeck blasted and repainted. The factory paint was so lame that I had a machine leak diesel fuel on the deck main beams and when I went to wipe it dry with a rag it took all the paint off to bare metal! I bought it brand new 3/04 and it looks like hell now.
Yep. The first thing ya do when you buy a new trailer is smack it with a hammer. Just get that first ding out of the way so you stop stressing what to load on it
Finally got a pic of the truck and trailer together. The frame and accents on the Pete match the gunmetal of the trailer.
