By my calculations, it should be a $70k+ per driver team job. $75k+ if regularly hitting the max bonus. If I'm understanding the bonus system correctly. Is that about how you see it?

 

It's really going to depend on miles but that's what I'm hoping! Last day of orientation tomorrow and it's been great we get our truck tomorrow.

I have seen lots of teams pull up here in el Paso and they seem very happy actually every driver iv seen pull in has been very happy and the mechanics check the truck the second you pull in

Been good about to finish up and get my truck just some basic videos and they do orientation via video chat with the main terminal.

Do they have an Orientation in Tn and do they supply a ride and room down there?

 

They mirror the orientation in Mountain City with video conferencing to the El Paso terminal. I drove daily as I live about an hour away but I know the other guy in orientation was supplied a local hotel room. Not sure about the ride. You could always check with recruiting.

 

They offered me and the girlfriend a rental from DFW to mountain city, they reimbursed the gas.

Got our first dispatch going to Memphis delivering at 8am Friday then picking up a load back to the house for Christmas! I'll post pics of our 2016 automatic T680 later
