"RUT ROW must have been threatened by company for posting" - I'm sure they did. I left another Chicago company about 2 months ago and I got quite a story. Company name is Real Trucking out of Broadview, IL. That was a nightmare. I`ll make a post about them later this week when I get home.

    God I hope it's a 1099 story. or Lease/Purchase story...we don't seem to get enough of those.

^Could be both. I had a driver a few months back try to convince me to join them before I left Western Express.

Sorry but when I see someone driving a roached out KW T2000 with more damage than my (at the time) decent condition Volvo,I don't know if I would want to be associated with that company.

Yup. When you see a KW T2000 with a cracked fiberglass hood with BRIGHT RED body filler(a makeshift repair)while the rest of the truck is painted BLUE,you have to ask yourself "what's wrong with this picture"?

As mentioned elsewhere, how you take care of your truck is often representive of the company you work for-it's an image you present to a potential employer, employee and/client.

Since this thread started with a deleted post I will say something amazing here. I was with Florilli Transportation for 3 years and 8 months. I quit and had truck cleaned inside and out. Turned in truck at Davenport Iowa Freightliner dealership. The president Brad texted me that he would ruin me on my DAC report and I wouldn't get a good reference from Florilli Transportation for any future jobs. This was April 1, 2016. Here is the amazing part.To this day there is nothing negative on my DAC report from Florill Transportation and I have a great local cdl truck driving job.

DAC threats have less and less bite. Between less companies using them and the ease of getting negative removed it's just not the same.

20 Years ago getting DAC'ed was bad for your career. I should know Florilli and Millis both tried to do it to me. Millis claimed I put a truck on its side. Florilli well tried to say I had 2 accidents 1500 miles apart the same day 2 hours apart.
