Any accident involving injury changes someone's life forever.
Which is worse, killed outright or paralyzed, burned, or disfigured? Maybe 4 or 5 years of surgeries then you die.

This whole organization should be scrapped.

You guys keep proping the super G's up.

@sdaniel hit at some of it.

But I also know how things work in my fleet. And there's no way he's out running a team truck. Or out running a mile hungry mentor truck. But the guys with the lease that'd get down on thier knees and do anything for a load, that can run 68mph, not 62. That can cheat with thier line 5 as many of them brag about. Sorry not possible for a company solo driver (here anyway.)

But all those things you mentioned are great. I do the same thing. So do many others.

I'm just saying it's an impossibility of the way our fleets are structured. Could he be top 5% shure. Is he going to out run a mentor who is technically counted as a solo driver, who's using some new guy to get more miles, no.

    SUPAH GANGSTA.

The original "Supah G" was the project managers step kid, on this giant data center I did the electrical on.
He smoked tons of weed, thought he was ultra smart, but all he was, was ultra F up'd, and just went about his day destroying things, always with a justified explanation.

You need one of these to be a proper ST.
