The whole thing in general. I meant no offense. I have done similar things, but normally don't figure out it was pointless until AFTER I've spent quite a big sum of money. So i wasnt laughing at you or your lack of knowledge, heck i didn't know just by the part numbers that it was the same cam. It more of a 'haha I'm not the only one!' Or worse case 'ha! finally someone does the same boneheaded crap i do'
So some of you guys who switched cams, did you have to change or do anything with your jake brakes? My current cam 1681 uses 765 (or 765a) model jakes is what I have. If I drop in 4292 cam, that one calls for 770 jakes. And all I could find is that 770 jakes are adjusted slightly different than 765. Nothing about fitment/interchange. Comments, please
