I have a 2016 mine had to have a Doser valve at 69000, line heater at 124000, now at 194000 I just had 3 injectors replaced when they program the injectors to spec they used old software thus affecting my regin capabilities I had to get towed just it took less than 10min to install 3.8 version software where the 1st shop fail to do my warranty covers up to 550 on tow I paid 600,now I got to wait 2wks till dealership process my tow I'm going back on other dealership for my other 50 I didn't realize how much power I lost when my Trk was messed up

 

Hey brothers i got problem code eec61 spn 4364 fail 18 this come yesterday & today the code go off by itself & i have left 1400 miles left to get home when i get home i can go to the dealer my question is can drive this truck the next 1400 mikes to get home?

Some have been experiencing problems with the def system in these high temperatures lately causing def concentration to change due to evaporation. Some have had good luck, running the def fluid as low as possible, or draining it out, then filling up with fresh def.
If the code cleared on its own, you're good to go.
If it comes back, after a while it will derate your power, 25%, then 40%, then the next time you shut off the truck it will limit you to 5 mph.

Detroit is looking into the possibility that Bio-Diesel is causing these codes to come up. They say make sure not to fuel with any more than 5% bio

 

Refill with some new DEF , most of the time it will go away. Parked regen could help too but in my truck it wont let me until I have a DEF malf blinking light on

 

Btw do not go to a dealee , unless you want 2000k plus bill. Most likely tgey will sell you out on a new doser maybe new DEF header
