And the latest guy was told this + working ONLY local, NO INDY or anywhere more than 50 miles from downtown Chicago.....I just hope Kiswani doesn't take any of them back.....
JJKid is right, it's a surge right now, in a month or two, see them flock out of JB Schneider.....truth is, rates are what they are everywhere....at least at Kiswani, I can check the actual rate confirm whenever I want.... It's been my experience local trucking in Chicago is a dammed crooked business, the fact that I still feel I can trust the company I'm with 2.5 years later is worth more to me than EVER going back to a MEGA!!!!.... Only two places I would go to other than Kiswani and both would mean no more box containers!!!.....If I ever make that move!....
thing is they always go back on their word. one day its "we not taking anymore o/o" next day its "we just hired 10 o/o" going off topic. dec elogs. kiswani showed nothing. hiding under a rock.
It is a buisness after all, they go after their best interests. But i can tell you this , they are defintely going company drivers Those red daycabs look sexy!
turns out all points lost tons of o/o to jb hunt. n i guess the guy goin crazy bcz of it. i find it funny how jb is so bad but so many o/o there for so many years. prob good for people who paid off their truck
Or older O/O who like the easy crosstowns, and the 1800 a week is good enough till they retire in 5 years or less.....
speaking of 1800. jeez 5 days last week. yieled me 1800 of 53s. usually im never ever that low. and i do 53s. makes me wonder if im missing out on 20/40 pay. all my runs were 170-214 mile one way loads.
