Don't be sorry at all. These are terrible industry pay rates.

.38 is the starting pay, still no cap on how high you can go.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't someone say .38 with no raises? Or are there other raises involved, and the new drivers just weren't getting certain ones?

When you waited for the call after a post offer how long does it take and did anyone call in and find out themselves? The wait is killing me. Especially with all these changes.....uhg

Y'all forget, even at 38cpm, you have the activity pay plus layover and the 21 days Paid Time Off first year. No company out there can compare. So after you add the benefits with that pay you are easily around 50cpm. Name me a carrier that gives you 21days paid off (at your average daily rate), matches you 6% on your 401k, matches up to $1500 dollars on your stock purchases, which you get at a discount, 10% off when shopping at Walmart, and guaranteed home time every 5 days for a minimum of two full complete days? Yeah, even with the changes coming, walmart is still better than many. Dont get it twisted people

Most of these guys only worked for a mega or an LTL carrier that only pays CPM so they’ll never understand. Too many drivers have CPM stuck in there head and don’t look at the full package.
