Ok Tyson have rule that don't treat u to good in some spots but other not to bad..the gate members is hire that don't work for tyson.teat drives bad..the night and weekend dispatch will try take you high miles give u low ones..lot set time..run off recap most time ..this is 98% night runs..the log book treat u bad like u stupid..we have cameras and on gard..and speed limit camera..if it say 40 and it just pop up u doing 46 your speeding u have do vedo class.thay don't treat u like family..pay ok miles good.. insurance grate.401 k and stock good.. most time 6 days is one day have stay out 2 week to go home..100%force loads..

Tyson has Rules
Some locations you pickup/drop are good, some bad.
Guards are not Tyson Employee's
Driving is bad
Night/Weekend will give you a run and route you one way, but pay Moving miles (industry norm)
Run off of 8th day hours all the time
Mostly night runs (solar drivers not apply)
Log Book dept treats you unfairly (must have some logging issues)
In Cab cameras and On Guard
If posted 40 and your doing 46, it will record you for speeding and you have to take a safety class
They don't invite you over for Sunday dinner.
But,, Miles, Insurance, 401, Stocks are good.
Run 6 days earn 1 day off, but have to stay out two weeks. (guess different when I drove and stayed out 6 eeks)
All loads are Forced as a company driver.

 

OP has four posts in almost 4 years. Seems every 18 months or so he moves to a new bad company. So I'm just not sure what to think.
