It was like 500 miles to get through Nebraska I think. It felt like forever but defiantly easier to navigate than the hills in Nevada. I loved Utah. Absolutely gorgeous.

Just got off the phone with dispatch. It looks like we are sitting for the night in Madera California. Hopefully tomorrow we get our load home.
Texas_hwy_287 Thanks this. -
Just got out load home this morning. Looks like we gotta pick up 15 minutes from here. Most likely a load of citrus and deliver in Milton for Saturday.

After a trailer washout we get too where we are supposed to get loaded. About 30 miles from the truck stop and in typical produce fashion "the product is not ready". So in the sleeper I go and wait for the call.
Chinatown and Texas_hwy_287 Thank this. -
Where you delivering to in Milton; I've been to a couple places there.

Going on 5 hours and still no door. Calex does not pay detention on produce loads.

7.5 hours later finally loaded and ready to Hit the road. Pennsylvania here we come.

So I started teaming with my trainer on this load. I absolutely can't stand team driving. This truck is a POS and shakes and vibrates way too much.
After this load is delivered they want me to team on a load to Cali and back before I go solo. I might call them today and say I'm not teaming and if that's a problem I'll just find another job.
