I’ve always like Ray. He is honest and straightforward, not trying to sell you stuff you don’t need. Before Mailbox died in Tillatoba I had him fix a few small things. Smokin Joe’s tune hears well and talks clear, no complaints.

My friend who does my stuff for free just picked up an oscilloscope. I might buy him a spectrum analyzer if I find a decent deal.

I have heard some bad reviews about Q5. I went there once to look around. Not real big, the guy seemed a little pissy. Not much selection of radios, or other items. Konnection electronics is larger, has better selection of radios (new/used) antenna selection. Your work is performed than, not having to leave radio for days as i have heard about Q5

I used to have one shop do all my radio repair here on the south side of Chicago in monee IL I 57 exit #335 at the Petro Sean & Dan ran REAL WORLD ELECTRONICS for years but have gone out of business in my 25 years of driving they were the only ones I ever trusted with my radios and equipment . I've since found out that RICK who runs the cb shop in Gary,in I 80/94 EXIT 6 BURR ST next to the T/A comes from the same mold as the beformentioned DAN & SEAN all were trained by the same teacher from what I've heard I'm a local driver so have no reports on any poor shops

I run a 05 Pete 365 model triaxle i don't have any see problems with my truck with just the antenna mounted strait to the mirror bracket no ground strap my swr's are at like a 1.3-1.4 on 1-40 so I don't have any issues with that but my truck has the old west coast style mirrors not these new junk plastic mirrors
