Yeah they started paying bunk pay, I think it's $15 per night you sleep in the truck. My terminal pays mileage and hourly pay after 2 hours at a customer.

That terminal is still open??? I go by there once or twice a month and a few days ago it looked like a ghost town, with several unmarked white tractors parked along the west side of the building.

Maybe things are different now, but I almost took a local job with them a little over a year ago but the pay was so low I wouldn't accept it. At that time, that terminal picked up at a lot of places in south central/south west Alabama. Other carriers pick up at those same places and dd much better, pay wise.

If they are a corporate terminal now, that would be a good thing. Hope it all works out for you.

I was thinking about QC recently. As they are in my back yard almost daily.
Then I saw that one of their driver took a ditch nap on the way out of town.

wonder if he still works there now.

Ditch nap? Is that just parking on the side of a small road?

This one was just on his side. Southbound, in the Northbound ditch.

Well guys, I've decided to pull the trigger. I'll be starting my training on the 23rd of April at the Salisbury, NC terminal.

I would be wary of any company advertising drivers on Craigslist.
