Fixin to head to the grocery store, then it’s off to OKC. Starbucks for her, Bells and Whistles for me, then check in to our 5-star reservation downtown. Marathon in the morning (her, not me) then back home. Shower, shave, then back to sand-haulin.

I don't want to get too political in this thread so I'll just leave it at this...

Term limits...for everyone. Politics should never be a career. And state based electoral college in addition to the national one. Those two things would clean things up.

I wish people would embrace the idea that those elected are not our "leaders". They work for us.

Yes many have forgotten, they work for us!! They tend to think they own this country after to many years in office.

Not to drag this any further into the political realm but I think this right here is honestly our single biggest problem in this country. To many people making regulations that can’t be held accountable.

Both the trucks Ive been running the t660 and the 379 both have non functioning engine brakes. I asked the boss why we can't fix them and I get looked at like Im an idiot for wanting to have as much braking power as possible.

I made sure to show them the article and the video of that wreck yesterday and said "this is why we need as much braking power as possible". Guess we're gonna check them out Monday now after I deliver in Austin.

Atleast next week is my last week with them.

They work for whatever lobby group will give them the most money and votes. We’re represented by lobbyists not politicians. I am disgusted to say that we’re represented by the ATA. cheap meat in the seat is what has brought us to this
