Is being loaded overweight a breach in contract?

    Sometimes you have no choice. I stopped at the fox scales bobtailing,and explained that I had to grab a trailer 3 miles down the road, only way out was through the scales and I knew it would be borderline.
    I ask if I could weigh it and take it back if over. Answer sure right after we write you a ticket, sooo I sat there till they closed and took the load north. lol

    An air gauge is about 80 bucks and takes 15 minutes to install....

    Most, yes. But 3 of the trucks I have owned, besides this one had o/o specs, and 2 of them had full gauge package, 18 gauges and the third was o/o light. But of the 2 trucks, one originally had spring, so it wouldn't have had suspension pressure gauge.

    Of all the trucks I've bought in my life, the only ones that did not have a factory installed suspension gauge were spring ride.
