Trying To Add Winches On This Flatbed..... Lost

    I got 20 winches, and I frequently still end up using a couple ratchet straps in addition.

    Have 24 winches, 12 per side. Sometimes I could use about 8 more.

    Not sure what you are saying. I count 11 straps on one picture 17 straps on another.

    Load requires more than 20 straps should go in dry van

    Or just load it on a flatbed and save a ton of time and labor cost

    Doubtful. But lets say it is. If you are paying the bill which would you rather pay? The labor cost of a driver throwing 30 straps or the prevailing wage of a laborer to hook a chain to each pallet plus the prevailing wage of an equipment operator?
