    Lol I’ll keep that in mind. We deliver chemicals to this one in Newport all of the time. The food is amazing.

    [QUOTE="catalinaflyer, post
    I don't have "D" boards and I know Quebec didn't used to accept US oversize signs however if I remember correctly I don't need anything other than flashing ambers on top of the tractor since I'm not wide, only overhanging the rear 2', front 5' and 14' tall.[/QUOTE]
    You’re correct about them wanting D boards but I can’t say for certain about them being required for your dims. I’m usually wide.

    Two other things.
    1. max 244” WB without a special annual permit (maybe your single trip covers you I’m not sure).

    2. No spread axle 53’ allowed (again maybe your single trip covers you I’m not sure).

    I’ve been charged with all of them in QC......speed limiter, 253” wheel base and a 53 ft spread.

    I didn’t know that. I think I’ve seen you. I know I’ve seen a bright yellow truck pulling tail wings down the 401

    I'm good on wheelbase, 244", have a 53' closed tandem and speed limit set at 65.

    We don't do the tail sections, I think Watson may haul those but I do travel 402 and 401 between Sarnia and Toronto twice a month with main wings. Always 2 trucks traveling together with 4 pilots.

    MmHmm, Petro, in Wells.........Surely you wouldn't go across the road for Free food, free showers and free conversation.

    Never been there myself, have only heard stories and that's my story I'm sticking to.
