Man I don't know what there hauling cause from everything I've seen you can get 2.00 plus a mile.. maybe that's why there all going out of business.
Its one thing to look at freight index and see average rates. It's quite another to actually get them.
I have a free load board and I have found consistent 2.50 a mile runs with decent 2.23 to 2.30 a mile back haul now if you mean 1.93 a mile net then yes that great but if you mean gross then I don't know where your looking. Also on this same load board there are .98 a mile loads lol. Also I'm looking at flatbed and reefer not van.
I'm looking at real numbers from people that actually do it. Its easy to be an expert when you are in high school and never booked a single load.
So your saying brokers are lying about what the load pays ??!! I understand maybe at first the brokers won't deal with you till you get some experience but after that ???
Hey, kid, can you finish the school first, get in the business, work for few years and then start big mouthing?
Ever play madden football? The games a lot of fun in owner mode. I've gotten really good at trading mediocre players and old stars to accumulate draft picks to keep my team fresh young and cheap. Obviously I'd make an awesome gm of a real nfl team.
