    140/90 Anything higher you get one year to get it down.

    120/70 is terrific.

    Mine usually runs about 130/85...but I've been "discussing" things with my ex the last few days....better stop now before my DOT physical in two weeks...it'll take that long to get my BP back down after arguing with her!
