My Journey With Schneider

I spoke with them today, was quoted .53 to start for inexperienced driver.

 

Have the recruiter put it in writing or it means nothing.

 

Schneider is good if you like driving 20% of the time for free. They use the old household goods mile rates to pay you and not the actual miles you drive. Not good.

 

Team rate is .41 per mile with no experience. Nov-2019

 

0.34 cents for inexperienced solo drivers amd then increases after a few months.

 

I "graduated" from Schneider's orientation/training in Carlisle, Pa. just before Halloween. I'm on a dedicated Target account and love it.

Yes, you don't get paid for actual miles but, it is close.

So far I am very impressed with Schneider for many reasons. They truly do allow you to be "the captain of your ship", re: safety issues. Being already retired the pay is fine for me.
