Forgive me if this has been answered elsewhere here before but...Can anyone give me the specifics of Mavericks Abilities test? I've heard about them having you rapidly step up on then off a step. If so, for how long? I'm home for another week or so and I want to train if needed. I've never had to do an Abilities test for any other company. I'm not concerned so much about lifting or dragging. I just want to build my lower back strength up. I'll be going into the sand division.
you step up and down on about a foot tall step repeatedly for about a minute I think, it's to elevate your heart rate, sort of a quickie stress test.
