Does partial months count as experience? Or does it have to be full months? I'm asking to figure out at what point will I be at a year. If partial months count then I should be at 9 months combining crst March 2017 to June 2017 and werner February 2018 to present. But if only full months then it will be 7 months. I joined crst last year near the start of March and left near the start of June. Werner I joined near the end of February.

I'd say you have 9 months.
You looking to jump ship again already??

Nothing wrong with looking for a good paying home, but be careful.
Job hopping is like skid marks in your drawers on an application.

Your job history goes back 10 years on CDL apps.. that can get mighty long and out of control very easily.

    Settle in soon.
Get good and SAFE and efficient and dependable.

Then, try to get on with a private fleet.. not a mega. Some place that hauls their own products.

That's where the $$ is made.

Just friendly honesty from me to you.. and old fart that's been out here a long while.

    I figured that much.
That's fine.. just make a wise choice in that next selection so that you're there for a good 4-10 years.

When a really GREAT opportunity does arise, they're going to want to see stability.

That was my point. Lots and lots have made grievous mistakes of looking for greener pastures that really don't exist when they don't have the experience yet to warrant the same benefits that a 10, 20, or 30 year driver have achieved.
    You'll get there.

No offense but what happened between June 2017 and February 2018? To answer your question what you listed in my opinion is 9 months.

That's how long it takes to recover from CRST.

I used to talk to you on a regular...WHY do you want to leave?!? Can you NOT find other options within your company, that may suit your lifestyle better?!? Ask, man. Ask.Away.
