Access America?

    Anyone ever deal with the freught broker Access America? Comments?

    Do a lot with them (just bought by Coyote). It is all about the broker you are dealing with. I have a couple guys I won't talk to. But some are great.

    The measure of a good business person, regardless of the business, is when something goes wrong they take ownership and fix it. Couple agents there worked into the night getting things right.

    I have found this to be true with all brokerages. Hold the grudge with the agent not the company.

    I remember them with load Esterville, IA > Bedford, PA new tractor rims, multiple times

    Thanks for the replies. I booked the load with them. It threw me off a little when they answered the phone "Coyote" so I was wondering if they pay their bills. 39 days to pay according to Transcore.

    The load I posted in the flatbed pic thread was there's. Easy to work with. I have hauled 4 of there's so far.
