The cargo fell into the trailer because the shipper charge it wrong, as shown in the photos, (the pallets are on the wall of the trailer), but still the broker puts a claim, and does not give us the confirmation of the sale of the apparently damaged product. What can be done?

Start by reviewing the Carmack Amendment. It spells out who is responsible for damaged under what circumstances.
the Carmack Amendment, is already revised. Unfortunately, there is no point that defends the carrier or the driver. What can be done when a broker ignores the evidence that exists, photos, and even then it is easier to put the claim to the weaker part, the driver?
