2006 pete isx07 cm2350 550hp. Somedays it runs at 31 psi and 34 ish when im at 1600 rpm. And sometimes its running 39psi. Same load. Wondering what the issue could be? There are no leaks. I would like it to hit 39 psi as it runs alot better when it does.

    thanks

I would start with the basics. Perform a complete serice with air filters and see if theres a noticable difference.

From there I would look into engine managment and clean egr and pressure sensors. Check regen history and perform a DPF cleaning or reman if its due? For instance how close to a regen is the boost lower? Does it go back up immediately following dpf regen?

Please dont mention the D word cuz all bets are off then. Or is this a hodgepodge?

    Plus you dont have an 2006 CM2350. Is it a 2016? If its a 06 its a Cm 870 or 871?
    ESN?

Sorry its an 06 no dpf i dont know exact which one but cummins told me its a family 2 and the ecm said isx07 and the papers i printed said motor is from 2002. I have a fresh rebuild. But turbo wasnt changed. Filters were recently replaced. Air to air has been tested.
